Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Provide loan advice to meet customers’ financing and refinancing needs.
– Develop both commercial and residential mortgage loans portfolio.
– Acquire new customers through referrals.
– Actively participate in client acquisition platforms.
– Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while complying with business policies.
Requirements:
– Minimum 21 years old (based on MAS requirements)
– Singaporean
– Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team player and enjoys meeting people.
– Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented.
– Entry level candidates with relevant working experience will be considered.
– Prior experience in property and/or consumer mortgage sectors welcomed.
